Definitely food for thoughts, but I see a discussion on the trends of framework and hiring difficulties.

I work as a lead programmer with Angular, and I have to admin hiring is a challenge. We thought of making a switch because of that. Having worked with React in the past as well, I don't see how I could live without the ReactiveFormsModule on this specific project.

Should hiring and trends be the main concern when choosing a framework?

Also, PHP is open source and Angular is backed one of the largest company in the world. Can we really compare their fate?

Just really curious to get your opinion :)
